As you sit and eat all those great treats (of course I am) think about what you are going to do in the new year to TAKE CHARGE of your health.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO START ON A HEALTHIER YOU!!
1) Think about what you are eating! vow to eat little or no fast food. Start those fish oil/omega three supplements. Vow to eat less processed grains, swith to whole grain breads and pastas. Eat more vegetables! carrots, peas, broccoli tomatoes More whole fruits! Don't buy snack cakes and candy. GIVE UP SODA AND DRINK WATER! Dont even bring it into the house.
